Privacy at a glance

Cubilo is an offline spatial-puzzle app. Training history and preferences are stored on your device by default. Cubilo does not require an account and does not ask children for a name, contact details, or precise location.

Information the app uses

The app keeps game progress, training history, and preferences locally so that levels, settings, and results work as intended. This information is not sent to Cubilo servers because the app does not provide accounts, cloud sync, advertising, or behavioral tracking.

Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple App Store processes the transaction. Cubilo reads the product and purchase-entitlement status required to unlock content, but does not receive or store payment-card information.

Children's privacy

Cubilo is designed with a child-friendly, offline-first approach. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians may contact us using the information below with privacy questions.

Website and support email

When you visit this privacy or support website, the hosting server may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page for security and troubleshooting. These logs are retained only as necessary and are not used for advertising or profiling.

If you email support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to reply to and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

App data remains on your device until you remove it in the app, reset the device, or uninstall Cubilo. Uninstalling may delete local records that have not been synced. Because Cubilo does not operate an account or cloud database for these records, we cannot retrieve or delete local game data remotely.

Changes to this policy

If a future version introduces accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or another material data practice, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that change takes effect.
